The mission of the Church Property Committee, is to see to the proper maintenance and protection of all property of the congregation, and shall take care that the same is kept in good repair.

Summer Projects Completed
It's been a busy summer around LCM with numerous projects being undertaken:
The Preschool roof was replaced and repairs were made to other sections of the church roof.
The Sanctuary war repainted.
New Sanctuary windows were purchased from Pella Windows, and a contractor was hired to do the installation. The old windows were removed and new ones installed and stained, all in one week!

 New windows were placed in the nursery.
The carpet throughout the church is now being cleaned.
A special thank you to Kathy Smith, Bill Mason and Jerry Hagevold, who worked countless hours cleaning, scraping and staining in order to have the window project completed in one week.
