The mission of the Evangelism Committee, is to stimulate and lead all members of the congregation in continuous and, from time to time, concerted endeavors to reawaken the spiritually indifferent and to reach others who are as yet unwon, with the Gospel and attach them to Christ's Church. To this end, the committee shall devote itself to deepening spiritual life and shall periodically study the congregation in the context of its surrounding community. It shall seek to help people familiarize themselves with God, the church, and the programs the church offers. Responsibilities of the committee shall include providing an ongoing new member orientation program, providing an ongoing lay visitation program, and providing an ongoing greeter program.

Bring A Friend / Name Tag Weekend
The first full weekend of each month is "Bring a Friend / Name Tag Weekend". Everyone is encouraged to bring a friend to worship (or Sunday School) as well as put a name tag on.

Name Tag Rack
  • Please put a name tag on
  • If your name isn't on the rack, fill out a name tag at Welcome Center and        sign the pad. (Confirmed Member or Adult Friend only)
  • After Service, place name tag back on rack.
  • All youth are encouraged to put a hand written name tag on.

Bread of Life
Perhaps volunteering to help deliver bread to those who visit LCM would fit into your busy schedule. You would be giving up just an hour every six months! There is a sign up poster in the Fellowship Hall which runs through December. Any questions, call Jerry Hagevold.
